Combining strategic planning expertise with direct operational experience, GBB has managed solid waste divisions, transfer stations, collection programs, and waste-to-energy facilities on both a temporary and long-term basis, including through the landmark federal receivership of Guam's solid waste system. Our team has overseen day-to-day operations, guided major capital projects, negotiated waste supply agreements, and managed district energy systems.
