Mr. Reardon has over 25 years of business management experience that includes diverse assignments with increasing responsibility within engineering organizations. He has extensive Waste-to-Energy (WTE) facility management experience and expertise in project management, contract and subcontract management, project control, and procedure development and implementation.

For over 10 years, Mr. Reardon was Business Manager for Covanta Projects, Inc., where he was responsible for managing all financial, business, administration and operational aspects of Covanta's 975 ton per day Alexandria / Arlington and 3,000 ton per day Fairfax County WTE facilities in Virginia.

Key achievements by Mr. Reardon at Covanta include sole responsibility for managing and administering the Service Agreement with the client Communities, City of Alexandria and Arlington County; acting as Chief Administrator of the facility's Power Purchase Agreement with Dominion Virginia Power, which included establishing the annual optimal Capacity Rating; preparing fiscal budgets and monthly income and cash figures; negotiating and administering contracts with waste haulers; preparing documents and financial data for yearly audits on behalf of clients; and supervising  Accounts Receivable, Payable and Purchasing personnel.

Prior to Covanta, Mr. Reardon was Contract Manager and Project Administration Manager at Noell, Inc., a Virginia-based engineering and plant construction company. He was responsible for the administration and control of both commercial and federally funded contracts totaling over $200 million dollars, including the supervision of Contract Administrators and Project Controllers located nationwide. He also successfully managed a $60 million dollar federal transit vehicle rehabilitation project as well as a $10 million dollar Selective Catalyst Reduction construction project.

His experience also includes working as Senior Cost Analyst and Cost Engineer at ABB Power Generation, Inc.; Contact Administrator at ABB Traction Inc.; Division Business Manager at Science Applications International Corporation; and Buyer at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.
