| Jack L. Tucker Joins
GBB as Senior Project Manager
(Fairfax, VA – June
20, 2008) - Gershman, Brickner & Bratton,
Inc. (GBB) is pleased to announce that Jack L. Tucker has
joined the firm as Senior Project Manager. Mr. Tucker has
over 27 years of experience in various levels of management
and administration and will be a key member of the GBB
Guam Receivership Project Team (www.guamsolidwastereceiver.org).
Mr. Tucker possesses the skill and knowledge in several
levels of environmental service operations. He has held a
wide array of positions that include Director of Operations
at the Department of Public Works of the Metropolitan Government
of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro Nashville), and several
key positions during his tenure at Environmental Systems
Inc. (ENSCO): Plant Manager of a permitted hazardous waste
Transfer Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF); National Manager
of Field Operations; District Manager Field Operations; Project
Manager/Estimator; Field Operations Supervisor; and Technical
Sales Representative.

record of results oriented management of complex solid waste
systems that will help assure the future success of Guam's

While with Metro Nashville, he assisted in the development
and implementation of its first full cost accounting system.
He successfully managed and implemented the re-routing of
the automated trash collection system and the start-up and
routing of the automated monthly curbside recycling program
for 120,000 homes in Metro Nashville that has won several
national awards.
